Mixture Types

A mixture is a combination of substances that can be separated physically, like with filtering, and more.  Mixtures have three types, Solutions, Colloids, and Suspensions.  A solution is a mixture that is evenly mixed, or dissolved, into another substance.  A Colloid is a mixture that has very small uneven particles and clusters.  A Suspension is a mixture that has large particles of one substance floating on top of another substance.
